Terms and Conditions

Transaction:

  • All the payments shall be made through Online Transaction/Cheques/Payment Gateway in favour of:
    SUGEES E-STUDYROOM PVT. LTD.
  • The end-user/the client should bear the service charges that are charged by the Credit Card companies, for any transaction that is made through the Credit Card.

Supply:

All the equipment/materials will be delivered and installed as per the bill of materials proposed to the end-user or the client, along with the training support.

Delivery Timeline:

Based on the stock availability and the period of publishing the Purchase Order.

Warranty:

As per the OEM policies.

Advance payment:

  • AV Equipment, Electrical/Acoustic Materials & Labour: 100 % in advance along with the Purchase Order.
  • Integration & Commissioning charges: 50 % in advance; Remaining 50 % immediately after Work Completion.

AMC & Technician:

AMC charges & pay for the Technician will be quoted separately after the end of individual product warranty, if appealed by the Client.

Civil/Conceal works:

Any Civil or Concealing works that are required for the erection of AV equipment or electrical cabling will be of client scope; Ladder/Scaffolding shall also be provided by the client.

HVAC, Power Supply & Dedicated Network:

Any works/products related to the HVAC, power supply & dedicated network for the EduTech Studio will be of client scope or the same shall be integrated by us at an additional cost.

Pre-Confirmation Letter & Non-Disclosure Agreement:

Both are mandatory to be signed by the Client before finalising the project.

Invoice or Bill of supply:

As per the services rendered in terms of Section 31 of the CGST Act, 2017, we assure the issuance of an invoice or a bill of supply for every supply of Goods or Services.
